We want every pack to bring a big smile. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, incomplete or not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery, whichever you prefer.

Changed your mind?

You can return unopened, unused packs within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Because stickers can't be reused once peeled, we can't accept returns of opened or used packs unless they're faulty. Return delivery is at your cost unless the item was faulty or wrong.

Cancelling an order

If your order hasn't been sent yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with, through our payment provider Ziina. Once we approve a refund it usually reaches you within a few working days, depending on your bank.

Your rights

This policy is in addition to your rights as a consumer under UAE consumer protection law, and nothing here takes those rights away.
